I bought phone and contract online 12 days ago and I still don't have any news on anything.
Does that happend a lot or are they just low in stock and not saying it ?

@Anonymous It probably means that the phone you have ordered isn't in stock. This happens a lot ordering online from o2. I'd call o2 to chase the order or cancel it

Which means it hasnt been dispatched. Probably out of stock still. As said above you really have to chase this up with CS. Best of luck
