How do I change my billing address online please?

I get the option after entering the pin number

Once you have set up a PIN you can just use it the next time you visit.
Also the option to change address will show immediately once a PIN has been set up.

Well they need to add that info to the link I provided....as they make no mention of setting up a pin....(and it's O2's official information)
