Hi, so I have made a pay monthly contract for a Samsung Tab S8 with a different account/email address than the one linked to my phone and number, then I realised I actually wanted to go for the Ultra so I call customer service to see if I can change it. The lady on the phone tells me I can do so, but I’ll have to make another contract and she will cancel that one, after I spoke to her I went for the Samsung Tab S8 Ultra with a different account. I call customer service again to make sure the previous one has been cancelled when this lady tells me that it would be much better to do the contract on the one linked to my phone number as I’ll get more benefits and I agree with it and she tells me that she will definitely cancel the previous ones so I don’t have to expect a delivery for them. Next day, I receive 2 tablets. The Samsung tab s8 and the ultra one. I have called customer service again, the man on the phone walks me though on how to make a return for the unwanted tablet that was supposed to be cancelled and tells me that he’s definitely cancelled the third tablet. Now the problem is, I’m going out of the country for a month, if the third one will get delivered anytime soon, I will not be able to return it within 14 days. How can I deal with it in this case?

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.

Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.

Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
