Is blinking blue dot in top left hand corner of phone a sign I've received a voicemail?

If so, how do I read this message ... & ... then turn voicemail off?

This is a new phone, my 1st Android

I have opened up the list of notifications

Under memory:  transfer data to Sim card

Internal storage is 95% full

Tap to move application and then something about inserting an sd card, no sd card.

I AM PANICKING

I have Googled 'What is an sd card' and 'sd card for Android'

I am still very unsure and does this sd card always have to be visible as an extension to the phone

I have colleywobbles in my stomach over this

I have yet to switch Facebook off ... not sure now of my password or indeed how to switch Facebook off

CONFUSED . COM

Sorry

@Anonymous

You need a micro SD card from Amazon etc.

Get at least 32gb. Only around £7 for a good one.

You put it in the SD card slot in phone and just leave it in there.

Transfer all your photos and videos to it to clear space on phone.
