Re: Voicemail failing

After upgrading to Android O (8.0) , my voicemail has developed a problem.

When I am left a voicemail , the icon does not show in the top left as normal.

This is a bit of a problem as I am self employed. After thinking yesterday was unusually quiet , after turning the phone off & on this morning , suddenly I got the voicemail icon showing and 10! voicemails to access.

The reboot may have fixed the issue, but if not, you may need to do a factory reset.

As I said , I'm self employed with loads of stuff on it I can't afford to lose really..........
