Unexplained charge .

Hi . I sent a 125 character text , no attachments , no emojis . I got the usual balance update after , saying Id been charged 15p . So far so good . About 30 seconds later another balance message popped up saying Id been charged 30p . I spoke to an online o2 person but they couldnt explain it . Ive no idea why Ive been charged 30p . Any help appreciated .

Hi Martin . No , I didn't bother phoning O2 as , on reflection , it didn't seem worth spending on a phone call just for 30p . Out of interest is there any way to view an itemised bill on PAYG ? Thanks .

The only way on PAYG will cost you £10
