Hi,

 

suddenly my phone stopped sending or receiving text messages.

 

I have tried soft reset, removing and reinserting sim.

 

Can someone help ?

Its an app that Google use to update certain Apps, and it seems to have been buggy in the version released on the 23rd November and has been fixed in the latest release.

You need to check in the App Store for updates...
