Trade-in extra £250 when purchasing Z flip/fold 3

Hi,

I just order the Z fold 3 with the trade-in option. Got an amount of roughly £270 for my old samsung phone. Just got the email confirmation but the extra £250 wasn't applied. How do I apply it?

You enter your order number as the voucher code but it doesn't work until you have received and used your new phone.
