Texts not going through since last update on my phone

I had a update on my phone last week and since then I can't get my texts to go to people and it looks as though they are not being sent I have unlimited texts and minutes to o2 customers but they won't go

Check to see if you have the correct message centre numbers on your phone after update

Open messages, settings and type in the message centre number :
Pay Monthly   +447802000332
Pay & Go       +447802092035

Probably try cleaning the sim?..

Occasionally dust and static can build up on your SIM card and prevent it from working correctly. To clean your SIM card, turn off your mobile, remove the cover and the battery. Slide out your SIM card and wipe it down with a dry lint free cloth then place it back in your mobile. Replace the battery and cover and turn your mobile back on....

Also check your network status

Did you factory reset after the update, just in case?

There maybe an issue somewhere that people are not getting them or being able to receive, I know of at least 2 people who have had this issue the past week
