Hi everyone,need advice or help.I bought my friend a Sony Experia L2 phone at the end of February and now it’s seems to have developed a fault.Theres a black line on the screen.I have the receipt and stuff.The phones has not been dropped looks like new.My friend doesn’t want the phone sent away cause what are you supposed cause she would be without a phone for a few weeks.Would the store replace it?

If you do consider sending it anywhere ~

 

Don't wing this off without packing very well. Photoing everything

taking notes of the numbers on the phone IMEI etc., Accompanying letter etc.

keep copies of receipts letters and photo the parcel as well. 

Send it ONLY Royal Mail next day insured Signed for and the PO give you a receipt

for up to £500 compensation costs about £6.50 well worth it for piece of mind.

Look after yourself!
