Well after speaking to O2, it would appear that the person who "upgraded" my account did a less than stellar job and never put/kept my 4G/wifi calling on for my new phone (as apparently the account is reset to default - dont recall having to do this before when upgrading my Samsung phones and also no apparent option to do this online which the help pages/faq allude to).
So hopefully should have this feature later today/tomorrow now.
