My Samsung J3 (2017) has gone slow and keeps freezing all of a sudden and havent got a clue why, id understand if i had just downloaded a app but i havent, not opened any emails, email attachments that im unfamiliar with, tried turning off and no again, done software update but no good, so now im lost and dont know what else to try, has anyone experienced this issue and can help me plz?

Seems quite common with the J3. Read this article... there are a few fixes to be found

Thanks for info cleoriff, i did all but last solution but didnt work, if it dont fix soon i will do the last solution on that list you gave and hope it works, but yes thanks for info and help mate.

@Laffer I was wondering if you'd made any progress with your phone since you last posted Is it still freezing? Have you tried all the options suggested by other members now?
