Sending pictures by Text.

Sony Z1compact.   Suddenly I cant send photos via text, just says queued for sending, any ideas, help would be much appreciated.

Well Simon from o2 tells me it's because the signal isn't strong enough, all I get on the tool bar at the top of the screen is the wi-fi, signal and battery icons, there is no G H or H+  icons, which I'm told I need to send picture mms - but not for text mms so it seems, as I can send those - if I go the the next village up pops the H icon and off goes the picture mms... So you tell me whats wrong.

 

Oh and as I've now got a new sim, I'm told it won't need reprovisioning !

It's the account that needs reprovisioning, the sim allows you access to O2 network services

If you have no g,e,h,h+ or lte In your top bar, you have no mobile data at all.
