Is your mobile data turned on?
Has anything changed since the last time you sent a picture message?

Check you apn settings are still correct either manually by comparing these http://www.geeksquad.co.uk/articles/o2-apn-settings#o2%20Android%20APN%20MMS%20mobile%20internet%20s... or by texting "active" to 2020

If the above doesn't work, try pressing the reset button in the sim card enclosure for about 2 seconds until the phone vibrates once, this will disconnect the battery and flush any junk in the cache that may be conflicting.
Battery reconnection is automatic and the phone will boot up as normal after resetting.

I am sure I answered a similar message to this earlier.

What signal area are you in? If you are connected to 2g then it is unlikely your mms will go nor are you like to receive mms.

If you are on 3g or 4g then it should go @Anonymous
