Not strictly true....

The latest MK6 ROM is not available to download but it is been patched OTA to the dodgy MJ9 ROM's.

If you have MJ9 on your phone you should get the patch via OTA but if you are still on MG4 (4.1.2) you will not be getting the full update to 4.3 yet.

Workaround is to manuall download the MJ9 Rom via Odin and then patch it OTA.

Yes you get a patch to update if you are already on 4.3, or No, if still on 4.1.2 no update yet.
