If not that how long have you had it?
If less than 30 days o2 will exchange it for a brand new one as long as it's not due to abuse but if longer you'd be best advised to contact Samsung directly.

I had exactly the same issue myself a few weeks back with my S8+, in my case it was after disconnecting from a bluetooth device, and seemed to coincide with a couple of changes of bluetooth connection in quick succession. In the end disabling BT, restarting the phone and the enabling BT without connecting to anything fixed it for me.
I've not had a reoccurence yet, fingers crossed.
