Solved: Trying to claim free gift

I am trying to claim my free Samsung Convertible Wireless Charger as I purchase a Samsung Galaxy S8+ on the 28/07/2017. The site Samsung.com/uk/O2wirelesscharger keeps appearing as unavailable. Please can anyone advise?
