My samsung s6 does not recognise either of my fingerprints and the backup password is not working. It doesn't allow me to reset my password...does anyone know what I can do

Sounds like a faulty fingerprint reader. Contact Samsung support directly. http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/

What happened or changed directly before this issue started?
