Update 22/10, 8:00:

Samsung has confirmed the Jelly Bean update is now available.

 

Update 20/10:

As you might have noticed, this hasn't gone live yet. We were expecting it to on Friday and are working with Samsung to figure out what went wrong and will update ASAP.

Hey Guys,

 

Good news! The wait time is almost over for Samsung Galaxy SIII users. From tomorrow, 19th October '12, you'll be be able to upgrade to the much awaited 4.1 Jelly Bean update over Wi-Fi or via Kies.

 

If you have activated the 'auto-update' feature from out of box, you will be prompted to download the 4.1 Jelly Bean update.

slight_smile The usual O2 shambles. Hopefully I'm worng, but I can't see it coming from O2 before Samsung release it. They are obviously holding out for a reason....? wink

they said october the 19th, 

they didn't specify a time.

 

as long as it's before 11:59:59 then it's still today. 

It will be released when it's released, there's no point complaining about it unless they actually miss their self imposed deadline.

Not for UK and most of Europe they haven't, so far a Korean version that drained your battery and a Polish beta wink

Can u see why there is so much confusion?

A lot of.people are trying to update and yet they don't seem to be able to. Is there a bunch of versions that aren't getting updated?
