Hello, I have the Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini and I've been experiencing an ongoing issue for the last six weeks or so. The phone works fine on wifi, including making calls, sending texts, etc, but when it relies on mobile data it displays 'not registered on network.' I can't use mobile data or make calls.
I've spoken with chat support and they provided some troubleshooting steps that seem to work in the short term, but do not solve the problem. I've had a new sim and sent the phone back to Samsung for repairs. It came back working fine for about a week, but now I'm experiencing the same issue again. Thinking it might be the fault of a setting or an app somehow, I did a factory reset and it has not solved the problem. Also, my husband has a Sony on o2 and his phone works where mine does not, so it doesn't seem to be an issue of network coverage.
Any other suggestions before I send it back to Samsung for a second try?

Faulty sim card.....? or sounds like airplane mode is on.
Check that and if not send it back to Samsung.

Thanks for the suggestions. Airplane mode is off and I've tried one new sim already. Looks like it might need to go back to Samsung for another try.

Check your settings against these before you send it back again.
