Will I have a problem claiming the buds Pro and tag from my ultra 512gb since it only came today and I pre ordered on 19th.

But on the order it shows 31st Jan

It's not a problem as long as you pre-ordered within the promotion period.

The delivery date is irrelevant.

OK so I applied for the promotion and just got this...

So no info in the email why. And I applied for the correct promotion. I don't get it.

I'd ask O2 to give me proof of my order clearly showing the date you pre-ordered if that isn't clear on thre order in your MyO2?
