Rude salesman

Today I received a call from an 02 salesman - the third in three weeks - offering me a better deal. I told him that, thanks very much but I'm very happy with what I've got and how much I'm paying. He continued trying the sell and again - very politely - told him thanks but no thanks. I informed him that I had also told this to the previous salesmen, to which he told me to stop being so rude!!!!! I had in no way been rude or disrespectful to this man, I was merely trying to stop him giving me the hard sell as I was in the middle of cooking the kids dinner!!! I went on to say sorry that he felt like that and he put the phone down on me. I'm fuming!!!!!! Have tried contacting customer services to complain, but there doesn't seem to be an option for this???

Unfortunately it's marketing companies that call and not O2 directly, but they give O2 a bad name. They should be reported to O2 in the hope that they can do something about it.....

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

This may not have been O2 at all but a licensed company selling their products.

Try and get the number if they call again.
