I,very just rang to re-connect my phone and this guy just put the phone down on me. I'm willing to pay re-connection fee of £15

Speak to O2 Cs to pay what you need to and they will arrange for your services to resume.

Would recommend once your phone has been reconnected that you set up a direct debit for future bills.

That way you won't get disconnected again assuming payments are successful.

We hear of this happening so many times. Direct debit really should be everyone's priority and was once compulsory for monthly customers. I think people should reconsider cancelling direct debits and opting for manual payments.
