Re: Private phone calls

Hello,
I've just upgraded my phone to Samsung s20. It's all been set up fine but I have one issue. Phone calls that come through (random and through contacts) they come up as private. I tried to find a solution online to see if its any setting but I can't find anything.
Wondering if anyone has had the same issue?

It happens often whilst your contract is changing over.

It's usually OK after a couple of days.

Thank you! I did ring o2 to see if they can help and they said that theres no problem on their end. They said someone will ring me in 24 to 72 hours!

They probably won't call you but it should fix itself anyway....
