I cant send or receive picture messages on my galaxy a10. I followed steps on help page changing settings but it didnt work. I called customer service and they were meant to get back to me with a solution and they haven't. Any ideas?

Are you on pay as you go or pay monthly?
If pay as you go, you will need credit to send a picture message.
If contract, they will be an extra charge and if you have a £0 spend cap on your account you will not be able to send them.
An alternative (and cheaper) is to use WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger to send them.
Can you use mobile data ok?
Check your APN settings (the ones that tell your phone how to connect to the network) - see link below.
