Phone does not go to voicemail

When i'm on the phone and I get another call it just keeps ringing, does not go to voicemail. How can I change the settings so calls go straight to voicemail if im already on the phone? Thanks

You need to dial  **67*901# then press SEND or CALL.

What happens when you dial  **67*901# then press SEND or CALL ?

Do you get an invalid code message?

If so, you need to disable wifi calling first before sending the code.

You'll need to call customer service to do this Guide: How to find help & contact O2
