Hi all,

I recently lost my job on new years eve and I havent been able to pay 02 for Januarys bill until yesterday. It says it takes 2 hours to unblock the phone, but I made a payment yesterday at 1:30PM but still nothing, also my bank has been credited with taking a payment from 02 but on my 02 still says I have a bill. Can someone tell me what's going on? Lol

I've turned my phone off and on to see if that does anything nut nope

How do you mean when you say cut off. The PUK is for unblocking the phone not unlocking.
