Is there a fault with the PUK code generator website? I accidentally locked my phone and need a PUK code but the site informs me the number isn't recognised, when I'm 100% an o2 customer with an o2 number..
Anybody else getting this?

The site works for my number but it is very unpredictable and certain number ranges aren't identified. I'm afraid you will have to get the information from customer service or use the chat option link in my signature.

They are usually set to 0000 but the good news is that when you enter the PUK number it will ask you for a new pin and then to confirm the new pin. So you can set it to whatever you like now
EDIT: Your PUK number will always be the PUK for the sim card so keep a note of it. I always get the PUK whenever I change my sim just for such circumstances that you find yourself in:smileywink:

Not 24 hours I'm afraid but you should be able to get your PUK here :
Sometimes the data base isn't up to date in which case you would have to contact customer service either by phone or the chat option. Details are in the contact us link below.
