Last month I ran out of data and somehow whilst looking at my account on line a live pop up chat box came up and I was able to discuss my account with someone and added 1GB of data which if not used in my currently billing period would roll over to the next i.e. March 17. O2 have just text me to advise I have used 80% of my inclusive data limit, so I have logged on to see how much I have left from the un-used rolled over data, which I know I did not use all of, but I cannot see how much of this I have left and if I don't use this before my next bill then I loose it - how can I find out how much is left. I did check my account when the data was added and other that the charge showing on the bill, I could not see where this was or where I have been up to within the month.
