I'm not able to sign in to my O2 app,

It's been like this for a long time, keeps coming up with a message saying oops something went wrong.

I have checked over and over that I'm putting all the right details in?

@Kelly2081

Can you log in online https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ ?
If so, try deleting the app, rebooting your phone and then reinstall the app.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

Thanks for your reply.

Yes I can log in online just the app I'm having problems with.

I've uninstalled reinstalled cleared the cache ect

So will probably have to give o2 a call or something.

Many thanks 🙏

Try force stopping the app, clearing all data and delete from your phone @Kelly2081

Then reboot and download again.

Make sure the password is correct and if it still doesn't work then contact them the best way for you (call or message on social media).

If calling, just after 8am is the best time.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Will give them a call 🤙

Many thanks.
