Hi everyone.
I have got an odd issue whereby I cannot see the O2 WiFi app in the Google Play Store or the MyO2 app (under More from O2/Apps/WiFi)?
I click "Get The App" and I ONLY get the options for Iphone and Windows Phone to install. NOT Android?
Any ideas why?
It's not showing on the Google Play Store which is where I downloaded this app from last time.
I have contacted O2 enough times this week only to be told different things.
Is the app off-line for maintenance?
The last thing I was told an hour ago is that the MyO2 app was down and they could not help me.
I need to take my phone to an O2 shop to speak to a Guru/expert.
My phone is the Galaxy Alpha SM-G850F.
Any ideas what's going on here please?
This is driving me crazy.
Thanks!
Mandeep

Hi MI5
Still waiting. No joy. No luck.
I called o2 the other day - I was told that I would get a call back from someone and lo and behold, I did get a call back.
The new is that the o2 wfi app is indeed offline and it could be up to 28 days before it comes back.
Not a happy chappy.

So is the app being updated or completely rewritten.....can't think why it's taking so long!
