Re: Note 20 Ultra awful echo on calls

I've had my Galaxy Note Ultra for a few days. When on a call, the person on the other end gets an echo so bad we can't have a conversation. I've tried a few fixes suggested on other forums but they've not worked. I think I may have to return the phone. Its no good to me if I can't make calls!

Anyone have any ideas?

If your phone has a cover on or if it’s in a case, try removing it.
Is it the same if you try on loudspeaker?
