Hi,

Sorry probably my ignorance but have o2 changed the rules regarding Bolt On? I can only seem to buy 100mb at a time for £5.50- when previously I could buy 2gb, 5gb etc? Anyone know?

Thanks in advance,

Ian

Lots of choices for contracts https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/all-tariffs/bolt-ons

Funnily @Joynesy and @MI5

I could only get 100mb this morning and I tried but the + sign would not move up to allow me more and I am contract.  A few months ago I bought much more.

So ? Wondering why. 🤔

Hi. this is exactly the situation I'm in - its only giving the option of 100mb bolt on- wonder if its a website glitch or a change in o2 policy on bolt on?

I tried it again just now @Joynesy and it won't move from 100mb.

Well don't know but shouldn't think they would not want to sell more data.

Presently it won't move from 100mb for sure.

Have you tried both app and website?
