Hi, I have a Nokia 5 on Pay as you go, I have turned off Mobile Data but every day i have a message saying I have used 2p of my £3 limit, how is the device using Mobile data when I have turned it off? Help Please

If so, what can happen, is that small amounts of data can be used during start up before the phone fully boots up.
This can be avoided by just switching airplane mode on and off and leaving phone on all the time.

I get a pop up on the screen saying "O2: Hello. You'll only pay up to £1 for using data on your phone today" and thats all, then i check my balance and notice its gone down 2p, think checking online the limit was £3 if i did use data
