My phone isn't working!

Anonymous

I up-dated my phones software today. However, since doing so it keeps restarting itself. I have read through forums and managed to get the phone into safe mode, but the issue still keeps happening!

Can anyone help please?

Factory reset would be my first choice then after that send it back to manufacturer for repair.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Send it back to the manufacturer for repair. Don't use the repair service that o2 use
