Nexus 6p battery life / random shutdown

Anonymous
Not applicable
My phone is still within the 2 year contract with O2. I have been experiencing very poor battery life, maybe 2 hours SOT and random shutdown with battery showing at 30%.
This is a known issue with the 6p.. will O2 see to my replacement / fix since I'm still paying off the phone in contract? I could replace the battery myself but would void the warranty I suppose.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Cheers
Rob

They will repair it if they deem it a warrantable repair but they have a bad rep for making up claims of user damage or water damage.
Personally I would contact Huawei directly http://consumer.huawei.com/uk/support/mobile-phones/index.htm
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
