I hope that someone can help me with this.
Basically this was my sons phone up until he got the new S20 Ultra around March 2020. Up until a few months ago it was just sat there on the side doing nothing until I told him to get it unlocked and give it to his Nan.
Now this is where the fun starts.....whenever I've had a phone unlocked in the past I've just received a text message saying to insert the new sim.
But he received a code that had to be manually entered, which it was several times. This then popped up saying that it had been entered incorrectly too many times. Yet it was the correct code.
So basically how can he get this unlocked as it's for his Nan that is house bound now due to ill health.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
