Hi,
Anyone experienced problems with LG G4, where the phone won't start up, or gets to the LG Life is good screen and turns off? Tried to do a hard reset but, when I go to the option to erase all data, I press yes and the phone just freezes.
Its still in warranty, purchased on 7/6/2015, but any ideas welcome.

@MI5I think I'm wasting my time speaking to most of the O2 customer service agents too. Their are a few that try to go above and beyound. But they are rare!
There's no passion to help these days except for a few.

I have just received a £10 credit for misinformation regarding the PAYG method suggested, which is incorrect.

Had my usual 8pm chat with an agent yesterday and she has emailed the A-Team, the back office team - they sort out issues that no other O2 department can deal with, I have heard someone mention this before on Monday. But not a lot of the agents know about it or have even heard of it.
Do you know what the A stands for, this will make you laugh?
