Yes you could flash the O2 Germany ROM with Odin, I would expect English to be included in all the European ROM's - It certainly is in the Polish one....

Yeah the O2 online guru's are worse than hopeless. Contacted on Wednesday they said it's in testing. Tried again next day & they said it had been out ages & would send me a link ?(turned out it was just to Samsung's home page).
Contacted by chat again straight after (got somebody different again) to be told it was never released.

I think it probably its in testing , which is being slowed down by 4g testing & all the new phones coming out.
