If I install the rom you sent instructions for by PM will I be able to update to the O2 jelly bean firmware when it is released?

Yes, but you would have to do it manually with Odin. Neither Kies nor OTA would update the phone.

Not at the time I write this they don't.... Only Voda in the UK so far.
