Good afternoon,
I have one question about my device (samsung galaxy s8+). I have accident and I claimed it for my o2 insurance to get new device. Well, I received my new device (or I just think so that is new..) but the problem is that my device's IMEI number is not visible in any "IMEI's checkers" even in official Samsung's one. Did o2 insurance did something wrong wigh my handset or what? Did they just replaced the motherboard of my damaged device which I claimed, rooted it and installed some wrong IMEI?

But are they working properly? I mean: software, hardware, updates and so on?

Yes they should be. If you aren't happy with the phone call them for an exchange.

I doubt there will be many refurbished S8's in the system yet so it may be new.
If it works, what's the problem?

I can't see a quality on this refurbished phone.
#1 screen looks like is touched from inside, have some mark
#2 have tiny gap which shouldn't be there between screen and metal frame around the phone.
Ofcourse it's not effecting the useing of phone, but I'm kind a person who's like to pay money and get quality..

Reject it back and get a replacement.

I would definitely get it exchanged if you aren't happy with it. A refurbished phone should be like new with no visible faults.
