Is there a way of finding my IMEI on My O2 against the mobile number?

If it's updated it will be in the device details section. It should also be available by contacting O2 or on the box the device came in, if you still have it.

Depending on the phone you have it will also show in tthe phone settings

If you have the phone, just dial *#06# but I assumed phone not available?

Or if you have the phone but won't turn on, it's stamped on the sim tray or on a folded tag in the sim slot.
