Just received the above phone and can get most things to work now but cannot connect to the internet. There is a 'Data Switch' icon on the pull down menu but this does not seem to make a connection. I have looked through Settings with no success.

 

Help please.

Try sending the word ACTIVE to 2020 and see if you get settings back

After selecting the data switch (lights up green) you have to go back to the main screen and accept the warning about data usage before data is enabled.
