Solved: Huawei Y6 help in getting it to access internet

I have just got a Huawei Y6 from o2 as my upgrade. All of my previous phones have always connected to the internet wherever there's been coverage without me having to do anything. Please help

Text the word Active to 2020 first then save the settings that get sent back and restart the phone.
After that, give customer services a call on 202 to check your account settings and data tariff.

Sounds like you have the wrong data bolt on, give customer service a call. Any chance you had an iPhone previously?
