Hi,
I have a Huawei P30, struggling to find a way to disable MMS so I can't accidentally add charges to my bill. Can you help? I've tried going in to the Apn to edit it but it's set to view only.
Thank you.

@willi10  You should be able to turn it off in Settings. Please see this guide: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Other-Products-and-Services/Accidental-MMS-Sending-and-How-to-Avoid-it...

@willi10

Have you looked in the message app settings to see if there is an MMS switch?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@willi10  I found a tutorial on how to set up MMS. If you can follow the steps, just delete the MMS settings when you get to it. https://www.helpforsmartphone.com/public/en/huawei/p30-pro/android-9-0/guides/27/Set-up-MMS-Huawei-P...

If that doesn't work, I suggest contacting Huawei support: https://consumer.huawei.com/uk/support/

@willi10

Then I'd call customer service and ask them to disable it on your account.
