Hi @Anonymous
If you have just bought the phone and it wont turn on it sounds faulty to me. Any chance you can take it back to the store and swap it out?

If it was me I would go instore and ask for the phone to be exchanged. A 'Guru' can only prove what you know and we have said....that the phone is faulty.....(they can do that instore and exchange it more quickly)

Only settle for a swap not a repair.

Best of luck. You should have no problem. You have a faulty phone, simple as that (annoying as hell but no question it's faulty) You want a new one and nothing else will do. (This is Cleo with her stroppy head on now.. on your behalf)
