Hi I bought an apple mac hands free kit yesterday from your store in Liverpool for my samsung galaxy model gt-s6310n but i am unable to operate it i could hear the other person but the other person could not hear me what am I doing wrong?

I'm going to go out on a limb here & suggest that Apple products won't be compatible with Samsung because of Apples policy on keeping everything within the company & different technology in the 2 brands

This is not o2 that you are talking to I'm afraid.
If you are having problems after reading the instruction manual you could go back to the store or google for help.
Are you sure Apple kit will work with Samsung?
