HD streaming YouTube with 4G

Am I being throttled? I have a 20gb allowance and 2bars 4G signal but am unable to stream any more than 480p
720 and 1080 buffer every 2 or 3 seconds I'm spending more time buffering than playing. I have done a speed test tonight and I'm getting 7.3 Mbps down and 4.88 Mbps ? I used to be able to use the full 20gb in a night when it was quiet at work watching 1080 video on YouTube.

Try using "bypass" as your apn username and see if it makes any difference.

No joy for me unfortunatly.

I also have two O2 mobile web APN's one with capitals at the start of each word and one without, I'm only able to alter the one without capitals. I eddited this one and made it my active one and restarted.
