Solved: Google Pixel 5 HD calling

I'm on a pay monthly plan and have the Google Pixel 5.

I've got WiFi calling and 4G calling enabled, but I'm not seeing the HD icon when making calls.

I have noticed that the sound quality is probably HD when calling other O2 numbers, but still no HD icon. The other party does get the HD icon, but on a different Android phone.

Is this a network/SIM card or a Pixel 5 issue maybe?
