All ready been on to the 02/shop about my phone and when someone phones I can hear them but they can't hear me any suggestions much appreciated thanks you on how to fix it on Motorola

If you have a case on it, try removing it.

Also try on loudspeaker to see if any different.

Hi @Pipstop78 

It sounds as if your microphone may be blocked. Check it out and gently use a toothpick to see if you can move any dirt etc. Same thing happened to me and when I removed some fluff, it worked fine.
